The service
LinkSwipe lets short-term-rental hosts publish a swipeable public page of their properties that links out to booking platforms. We are a discovery and link-in-bio tool: bookings, payments, and guest communication happen entirely on the external platforms you link to. LinkSwipe is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb or any other booking platform.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By publishing content on LinkSwipe you confirm you have the rights to it — including photos and videos of your properties — and you grant us the license needed to host and display it on your public page. You may not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that promotes listings you are not authorized to represent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to circumvent security or rate limits, no artificially inflating analytics, and no using the service to distribute spam or malware.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any booking or rental transaction and are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, availability, or pricing shown on external platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
